About the role

  • Drive efficiency improvements within the assigned process domain
  • Develop process standardization strategy & lead process improvement projects
  • Perform business process analysis using process mining tools
  • Manage different business functions to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
  • Deliver PI scorecard & reporting for supported function
  • Support global rollout of process mining technology

Requirements

  • BA/BS or master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field OR experience in lieu of degree
  • Min 5 years of demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and experience with large scale transformation process improvement solutions
  • Customer Service/Success Experience essential
  • Functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen
  • Process improvement and facilitation experience essential
  • 3+ years of experience with shared services processes
