About the role
- Drive efficiency improvements within the assigned process domain
- Develop process standardization strategy & lead process improvement projects
- Perform business process analysis using process mining tools
- Manage different business functions to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
- Deliver PI scorecard & reporting for supported function
- Support global rollout of process mining technology
Requirements
- BA/BS or master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field OR experience in lieu of degree
- Min 5 years of demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and experience with large scale transformation process improvement solutions
- Customer Service/Success Experience essential
- Functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen
- Process improvement and facilitation experience essential
- 3+ years of experience with shared services processes
