About the role
- Lead and develop the L&D team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture
- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members
- Maintain positive relationships with external partners such as MCC FWD Center and RTMA
- Build and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs
- Design and implement enterprise-wide learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance, and onboarding
- Partner with various stakeholders, such as HR, Operations, and Leadership, to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions
- Ensure consistent delivery of technical training across all manufacturing plants
- Support the development and delivery of training for operations employees
- Oversee the administration and optimization of the LMS to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance
- Drive adoption of digital learning tools and blended learning approaches
- Ensure learning content in LMS aligns to best practices and BRF brand standards
- Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI
- Continuously assess and refine learning initiatives based on feedback and business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Five (5) years of experience in Learning & Development
- Two (2) years in a leadership role managing a team
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
