About the role
- Leading customer engagements (sales calls, workshops, enablement sessions)
- Developing change management and enablement programs
- Coordinating internally to address customer needs
- Guiding customers in defining, launching, and operationalizing KPI-linked research
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or Insights roles
- Familiarity with UXR and Design tools
- Great interpersonal skills with an ability to engage at Executive levels
- Willingness to travel and engage with prospects and customers in person
- Strong organizational wherewithal; can collaborate well cross-functionally to get stuff done
