About the role

  • Leading customer engagements (sales calls, workshops, enablement sessions)
  • Developing change management and enablement programs
  • Coordinating internally to address customer needs
  • Guiding customers in defining, launching, and operationalizing KPI-linked research

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or Insights roles
  • Familiarity with UXR and Design tools
  • Great interpersonal skills with an ability to engage at Executive levels
  • Willingness to travel and engage with prospects and customers in person
  • Strong organizational wherewithal; can collaborate well cross-functionally to get stuff done
