Account Executive

• Prospect, build & manage a sales pipeline within the Strategic segment, both from new business & upsell
• Build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders & executives in Research, Product & Design, and help them to achieve their business goals through our platform
• Partner with internal resources across customer success, support, legal, security, finance & leadership to execute customer contracts
• Forecast performance accurately against revenue targets

Sales Development Rep

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently meet and exceed pipeline and meeting targets.
• Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on coaching through call reviews, deal and account strategy sessions, and ongoing skill development.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Gen to build alignment across the pipeline generation process
• Own SDR onboarding and ongoing enablement, ensuring clear expectations, strong ramp, and continuous development.
• Monitor and manage team performance through clear KPIs, including activity, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and attainment.
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly team performance, proactively identifying risks and course-correcting as needed.

• Identify and implement improvements to scale efficiency through tooling, automation, and experimentation.

Sales Development Manager

• Fuel revenue growth by scheduling introductory meetings that connect Account Executives with high value influencers and decision makers in targeted accounts.
• Engage prospects creatively through multiple channels — tailored emails, targeted cold calls, and strategic social selling to maintain active inbound and outbound communications.
• Collaborate with account executives to develop strategic account plans, persona identification, map territories, and drive successful new business pipeline and revenue.
• Supports customers getting started with Maze to grow usage within self-service accounts and expand potential use cases.
• Leverage strong communication skills to collaborate with customers, sales teams, and cross functional teams.
• Assist marketing with key initiatives, campaigns and events to drive lead generation and pipeline.
