💰 $59,300 - $86,000 per year

About the role

  • Day-to-day support of regional field operations team and management of dealer facing regional administrative functions.
  • Answer inquiries from dealers on policies, procedures and processes, while providing an exceptional level of service.
  • Collaborate with region leadership and field team to optimize dealer performance.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, manage department budget, and ensure effective communications between management, field, and dealers.
  • Develop regular Region to Dealer communications for respective assigned area.
  • Program and performance monitoring of Regional Operations initiatives focusing on dealer performance and business planning.
  • Assist in annual, quarterly, and monthly regional projects with analysis, tracking, and reporting of project progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
  • Prior work experience in a customer facing role or internship preferred.
  • Experience in a sales related role using a consultative approach.
  • Understanding of automotive mechanics and industry terminology preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with an automotive OEM in a corporate, region or field role with understanding of an OEM/dealership relationship preferred.
  • Experience in fixed operations or service or parts related role working for a repair shop, parts store, parts or accessories supplier preferred.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills to identify problems and develop corrective actions.
  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision and/or direction.
