About the role
- Drive end-to-end sales from lead qualification through close, managing multiple high-value opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Partner with BDRs to identify, target, and engage prospective customers through a mix of outbound and inbound channels.
- Understand customer pain points, uncover business needs, and deliver tailored demos and ROI narratives that highlight Maxima’s differentiators.
- Build strong relationships with finance executives, IT, and operations leaders to navigate complex buying processes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer success.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping refine messaging, product priorities, and enablement content.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally within enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex or consultative sales environments.
- Experience selling financial operations, ERP, automation, or AI solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of finance, with the drive to help customers adopt new technology.
