Account Executive

• Drive end-to-end sales from lead qualification through close, managing multiple high-value opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Partner with BDRs to identify, target, and engage prospective customers through a mix of outbound and inbound channels.
• Understand customer pain points, uncover business needs, and deliver tailored demos and ROI narratives that highlight Maxima’s differentiators.
• Build strong relationships with finance executives, IT, and operations leaders to navigate complex buying processes.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM tools.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer success.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping refine messaging, product priorities, and enablement content.
