About the role
- Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Provide remote technical assistance to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset management.
- Adhere to security best practices and policies.
- Proactively escalate complex incidents to the appropriate competence centers.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role (4+ years for Seniors).
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Polish and English language - advanced.
