About the role

  • Deliver client implementations.
  • Deploy the Maxa product while providing an outstanding client experience that turns our clients into advocates.
  • Work in partnership with CFOs and controllers to modernize their financial reporting infrastructure.
  • Design financial data models.
  • Synthesize and validate rigorous business requirements through interviews.
  • Translate complex accounting requirements into technical specifications.
  • Promote the methodology.
  • Document best-practice models.

Requirements

  • CPA (or CMA/CFA) with 10–15 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or corporate finance.
  • Deep expertise in financial consolidation, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Strong familiarity with financial and operational systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) and processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).
  • Expert in workshop facilitation.
  • Comfortable with SQL and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
