About the role
- Deliver client implementations.
- Deploy the Maxa product while providing an outstanding client experience that turns our clients into advocates.
- Work in partnership with CFOs and controllers to modernize their financial reporting infrastructure.
- Design financial data models.
- Synthesize and validate rigorous business requirements through interviews.
- Translate complex accounting requirements into technical specifications.
- Promote the methodology.
- Document best-practice models.
Requirements
- CPA (or CMA/CFA) with 10–15 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or corporate finance.
- Deep expertise in financial consolidation, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and management reporting.
- Strong familiarity with financial and operational systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) and processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).
- Expert in workshop facilitation.
- Comfortable with SQL and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong client relationship management skills.
