Job Level
About the role
- Own critical components of the provider lifecycle, driving readiness to see members on the platform, operational reliability, and scalable growth
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that accelerate time-to-platform and strengthen provider engagement
- Leverage data to track lifecycle KPIs, surface trends, and inform decisions related to cost, availability, and retention
- Improve systems and workflows through automation and process design, reducing manual work and operational risk
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and uphold compliance, governance, and quality standards for Maven providers
- Operate with a “no task too big or too small” mindset — owning work end-to-end, from hands-on execution (e.g., data entry, case resolution) to leading initiatives that improve processes, systems, and overall operational performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in telehealth, provider network management, or a similarly complex operational environment
- Demonstrated ownership of programs or work streams, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
- Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline and a bias toward operational rigor
- Comfortable working with data — able to analyze trends, build reporting, and translate insights into action
- Confident operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
- Comfortable in core operational systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, Looker, Zendesk, or similar platforms)
- Continuously optimize systems you create, so they require less manual input over time while delivering greater results.
- Nice to have: experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Scribe AI, GPT copilots) to streamline your own work and empower others.
Benefits
- Maven for Mavens: access to the full platform and specialists, including care for mental health, reproductive health, family planning and pediatrics.
- Whole-self care through wellness partnerships
- Hybrid work, in office meals, and work together days
- 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave and new parent stipend (for Mavens who've been with us for 1 year+)
- Annual professional development stipend and access to a personal career coach through Maven for Mavens
- 401K matching for US-based employees, with immediate vesting
