NOC Engineer

• Provide technical support for network operations, including incident response and troubleshooting to ensure reliable network services.
• Participate in the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-scale Cisco LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructures.
• Assist in the development and rollout of new network technologies to meet business requirements.
• Support the integration of new technologies into existing network architectures for seamless connectivity.
• Participate in technology SME groups and provide technical guidance and coordinate small team efforts as required.
• Participate in incident review and RCA sessions, and present network changes at CAB and TAB meetings.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including design blueprints, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Automate routine tasks and support the integration of automation tools to improve infrastructure efficiency.
• Identify and document network risks, collaborate with risk assessment teams, and support remediation plans.
• Assist in leading vendor relationships and ensuring SLA compliance.

Data Network Operations and Support

• Own end-to-end 3PL network performance and warehousing execution, accountable for key service outcomes including on-time shipping, order cycle time, inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock efficiency, order quality, and damage/shrink performance
• Establish and govern standardized SOP frameworks across the 3PL network, ensuring consistent execution of core processes such as inbound/outbound operations, inventory control, damaged goods handling, safety, compliance, and business continuity
• Serve as the process owner for inventory control across the 3PL network, driving cycle count discipline, improving inventory accuracy, aged inventory visibility, and reconciliation with plants and planning
• Develop and manage warehouse capacity plans across the 3PL network, covering space utilization, labor requirements, seasonal demand, and growth initiatives
• Establish and drive site-level performance governance and execution discipline across the 3PL network by implementing KPI frameworks, escalation processes, and structured issue resolution
• Act as the end-to-end process owner for warehousing and distribution across the 3PL network, driving scalable and repeatable operations through standardized work, KPI-based performance management, and structured continuous improvement methodologies
• Partner with Procurement and Finance to support contract and cost governance across the 3PL network, including warehouse agreements, scope changes, rate cards, and billing processes
• Provide warehousing and distribution expertise to support network optimization, warehouse transitions, new site onboarding, and system or process improvement initiatives

3PL Network Operations, Manager

• The Network Operations Associate is responsible for ordering and managing telecommunications circuits and trunks across our network operations workflow.
• This includes working with T1, MUX, and DS3 (types of network circuits), Meet Points (connection points between carrier networks), and Trunks (the traffic channels built on top of a circuit to carry calls).
• The role involves processing new, augment, downsize, and disconnect orders for trunking-only and combination orders, as well as new and disconnect orders for MUX and DS3 circuits.
• The ideal candidate will utilize Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier's (ILEC) online portals.
• They will also use Neustar (a third-party order management platform) for processing orders, checking statuses, managing rejects/resolution, clarifying error status (jeop) notifications, and obtaining accurate service order completions.
• Strive for order accuracy, conduct follow up, and escalate with the service provider based on standard response intervals
• Conduct research on historical data to verify clarifications based on current inventory
• Foster relationships with ILECs and providers to successfully implement network changes in a timely manner
• Work with the Testing team to resolve issues with trunk and transport orders
• Assist with process documentation
• Submit requests for SS7 (a protocol used to set up and manage calls across carrier networks) implementation and disconnect
• Assist PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network — the traditional telephone network) customers to resolve issues with ordering and completion.

Network Operations Associate

• Monitor and provide technical support for Cisco routers, switches, VoIP systems, and IP/SNMP-connected devices within WAN, LAN, VPN, and Wireless environments.
• Utilize network troubleshooting tools (e.g., ping, traceroute, nslookup, SSH/Telnet) to identify and resolve connectivity and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Field Divisions, SOC, service providers, Telcos, and vendors to report and remediate network-related incidents.
• Work with 2nd and 3rd level support teams to ensure technical documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Leverage enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, network monitoring platforms, and MS Office suite to track and resolve events and incidents.
• Communicate clearly and effectively across teams to support real-time problem-solving and incident response.

Network Operations Center Technician

• Support ESRD operational workflows, CMS forms processing activities, and operational tracking processes
• Validate, update, and maintain information within End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) and other internal systems to support data quality and reporting activities
• Maintain operational records, documentation, tracking systems, and internal databases
• Manage communications and follow-up activities with dialysis facilities, CMS contacts, vendors, help desk teams, and external partners
• Monitor and route communications through shared phone, email, and virtual fax systems
• Support facility onboarding, closure activities, and related operational processes
• Prepare reports, reminders, meeting materials, operational correspondence, and recurring resources
• Coordinate scheduling, Outlook invitations, Zoom meetings, shipment tracking, operational mailings, and meeting logistics
• Assist with workflow documentation, process standardization, and operational support initiatives

Associate Improvement Advisor, ESRD Network Operations

• The Network Operations Coordinator 4 assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.
• Manages provider audits, provider service and relations, credentialing, and contract management systems.
• Executes processes for intake and manage provider perceived service failures.
• Decisions are regarding the daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors including coordinating work activities and monitoring progress towards schedules/goals.

Network Operations Coordinator

• Monitor and support customer infrastructure environments while proactively identifying and resolving operational issues
• Utilize and monitor various support tools to proactively identify and assist clients with outages, performance concerns, and operational issues
• Triage and remediate automated alerts from managed systems while escalating complex or high-impact issues to higher-tier support teams when required
• Install software, patches, and system updates on servers and workstations in accordance with change control procedures and operational standards
• Perform basic troubleshooting of WAN and edge technologies including direct internet circuits, MPLS, SD-WAN, firewalls, and routers
• Administer and troubleshoot backup platforms including job maintenance, restore requests, and backup configuration support
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers regarding ticket updates, issue status, and service progress

Network Operations Tech I

• The NOC Engineer is responsible for monitoring our client’s infrastructure and responding to incidents and outage situations.
• Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response, communicate with clients, and drive all problems to resolution.
• Work as part of the Cloud and Managed Service team and in close partnership with the Project team.
• Respond to network incidents reported via DGI’s network monitoring platform and restore service in an efficient and timely fashion.
• Provide direct support to DGI customers to resolve technical issues reported by customers via phone or email escalations.
• Provide succinct communication on restoration steps and record these within DGI’s ticketing system (Autotask).
• Produce accurate Troubleshooting Guides in accordance with documentation standards to support DGI’s Knowledge Management program.
• Provide regular status updates to customers regarding open tickets in accordance with DGI’s company policies.
• Provide recommendations to customers and the DGI leadership team to improve the stability of any infrastructure components within the Managed Services Portfolio.
• Perform standard moves, adds, and changes (MACD’s) within the Cisco collaboration ecosystem.
