About the role
- Lead new provider contracting efforts for Maven’s fertility clinic network and ancillary service providers, including negotiating commercial terms, fee schedules, and contract language, in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
- Own the renewal process for existing fertility clinic and ancillary provider agreements, proactively managing timelines, renegotiating rates and terms as needed, and ensuring continuity of network coverage.
- Manage fee schedule development, updates, and maintenance, ensuring rates are competitive and aligned with market benchmarks.
- Partner with Network Strategy and Clinical teams to assess network needs and support strategic expansion or optimization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of contracts, amendments, and fee schedules, ensuring compliance with internal governance processes and audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and scalability within network contracting and renewal workflows.
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics within fertility care and ancillary services to inform negotiation strategies and network planning.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in provider contracting, network management, or strategic partnerships within healthcare, ideally with exposure to fertility, reproductive health, and/or specialty care networks.
- Experience negotiating and managing provider agreements and fee schedules, including renewals and amendments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare contracting concepts, including reimbursement structures, operational considerations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and timelines simultaneously.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- A collaborative working style, paired with comfort owning negotiations and driving decisions forward.
- This role requires active work authorization in the US.
