About the role
- Reporting directly to the operating company SVP/GM with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Duravant Chief Human Resources Officer
- Serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for contributing to the development of operating company business plans
- Developing and executing talent management plans
- Ensuring effective implementation of HR programs and processes
- Providing change management support
- Coaching managers and leaders in support of overall talent and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 10-years’ experience in human resources support
- Manufacturing or capital/industrial equipment experience
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to travel up to 15%
