About the role
- You help our new customers with the individual setup of their Matera platform
- You liaise with various departments (Accounting, Legal, Sales) to competently answer any questions from your customers
- You play a key role in the ongoing development of our product and internal processes by acting as the interface between our customers and the product and tech teams
Requirements
- You have strong communication skills
- You are highly organized and able to maintain a clear overview
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on attitude
- You are a native-level German speaker and can communicate confidently in English
