About the role
- Guide new customers through the platform setup phase
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (Accounting, Legal, Sales) and external partners (banks, service providers)
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the product
- Maintain oversight of multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and ensure structured execution
