• You oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and ensure structured execution.

Sales

• Engage potential customers and educate them about our product
• Show the homeowners our platform and assist them in selecting suitable offers
• Support customers throughout the process until the sale is closed
• Participate in coaching sessions and develop your personal sales style

• You transfer the results to the Matera platform and configure it individually
• You provide our clients with an overview of their current accounting and explain their current status

• Du bist der ausgleichende Faktor zwischen den Eigentümer*innen untereinander und im Austausch mit Drittparteien

• Consulting and supporting customers on a variety of issues, as well as commissioning and coordinating service providers, both by phone and email
• Distributing incoming inquiries to the responsible teams
• Intelligent automation of existing processes
• Building a knowledge base for recurring questions

• Du lebst die Matera-Kultur vor, entwickelst proaktiv Lösungen für Herausforderungen und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung des Teams

• You build structures and processes in Berlin, Cologne or Munich together with management
• You manage the administration of your own WEGs, handling all accounting, legal and building-related matters
• You manage, motivate and develop a team of 3–6 property managers across different locations, working remotely
• You act as a mediator between owners and in interactions with third parties
