Data Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest and transform data from enterprise platforms including NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot.
• Develop efficient ELT workflows using modern integration tools such as Fivetran, Integrate.io, Azure Data Factory, or similar technologies.
• Build and optimize SQL-based transformations and orchestration processes that support reliable and efficient movement of data across the organization’s data platform.
• Design and implement dimensional data models and curated datasets within a modern medallion architecture data warehouse environment.
• Develop and maintain data layers supporting development, test, and production environments across cloud data platforms including Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, or equivalent platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data platform performance, data pipeline reliability, and data quality across the enterprise data ecosystem.

Product Manager

• Manage and prioritize a backlog of epics, user stories, and defects to detail development topics
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure stories match business needs
• Champion the team in building high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
• Identify business needs/define requirements for product features through the development of user stories
• Effectively present product ideas, strategies, and designs to stakeholders

Product Owner – Digital Enablement

Sales Engineer

• The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales within the Netherlands region.
• Proactively call upon, develop, and cultivate sales leads.
• Transition opportunities into sales for the company.
• Answer customer queries and inquiries, providing timely and appropriate Mastercam commercial solutions.
• Provide Sales Engineering support for Mastercam products; interfacing and collaborating with sub-resellers, partners, and customers.
• Meet and exceed overall sales revenue/forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Provide timely sales forecasting and pipeline reporting in alignment with sales goals.
• Manage the customer experience through activation of new orders, ensuring customer needs (cost, timing, quality) are met.
• Act as the liaison between Mastercam, sales partners, and existing customers, ensuring care when technical questions arise.
• Work with the technical team to research and offer solutions for technical questions/issues.
• Build an understanding of the market potential for the region to achieve established sales targets.
• Provide monthly and quarterly forecasting for the region, including detailed updates on prospecting activities.
• Attend trade shows, dealer events, and media events to enhance the Mastercam name.

Engineer

• Build cloud services primarily using C#/.NET (Azure-first).
• Design, build, and operate production-grade cloud services that integrate with the Mastercam desktop product.
• Develop and maintain REST and/or gRPC APIs with strong contract discipline and long-term maintainability.
• Deliver services designed for scalability, reliability, performance, and cost-awareness in a cloud environment.
• Apply security-first engineering for cloud services, including secure API patterns and service-to-service communication.
• Ensure operational readiness and ownership of services.
• Build with observability in mind (logging, metrics, tracing) and support production operations (debugging, incident response).
• Build and evolve the integration layer between the C++ desktop application and cloud services.
• Implement integration patterns that work reliably under desktop constraints (performance, responsiveness, connectivity variability, version compatibility).
• Contribute to a structured approach for SDK interoperability and cloud enablement.
• Support a bridge/adaptation approach across multiple SDK surfaces (e.g., C++/.NET SDKs and adjacent components).

Senior Cloud Development Engineer

Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using Python-based frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Apply ML/DL techniques to solve real-world problems in CAD/CAM and manufacturing workflows.
• Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, validation, and performance optimization.
• Translate research ideas and prototypes into robust, production-ready AI solutions.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows using commercial and open-source AI toolkits.
• Build proof-of-value (PoV) solutions rapidly using: LLMs, Multi-agent systems, Tool-using and orchestrated agents.
• Build end-to-end AI solutions, from ideation and experimentation to deployment and long-term maintenance.
• Integrate ML/AI capabilities into production-grade C++ applications that form part of the Mastercam product.
• Collaborate closely with product, platform, and core engineering teams to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement robust observability for AI features (telemetry, tracing, quality signals, latency/cost metrics) to support continuous improvement and operational reliability.
• Establish and follow engineering best practices (code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, secure development practices) for AI-enabled services and integrations.
