About the role
- Develop and execute strategies focused on coaching advisors on financial planning, investment management, practice management, and client acquisition within your geographical area.
- Educate advisors to help them grow their wealth and financial planning businesses.
- Conduct regular coaching program advisor focus groups for high potential wealth advisors, and support bootcamps as necessary.
- Deliver agency training on key concepts including: 6 Step Financial Planning Process, Client Service Models, Client Engagement Frameworks, Product Sales Conversations, Net Flows Strategies, and Advisor Book of Business Assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience working in the investment management and financial planning space
- 5+ years of sales experience selling investment management and financial planning products & solutions
- 2+ years of experience working and developing in-depth knowledge of insurance, wealth management and any associated products and services
- Ability to travel upwards of 50%
- Must reside in one of the specified states.
