About the role
- Responsible for managing comprehensive marketing campaigns to meet business objectives for the annuity product line
- Contributes to the project planning for major initiatives, including participating in the product development and deployment process, and engaging marketing centers of excellence and stakeholders in marketing campaign development.
- Have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, annuity insurance products, proven creative writing skills, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate closely with business partners and stakeholders.
- Assist in building of product marketing strategies for a product line to drive sales results for the business.
- Participates in product development, product deployment, and assist to drive customer-centricity in our product roadmap.
- Builds learning and development strategies for our advisors to better understand our products and how they work to achieve their clients' goals.
- Develops core product collateral to easily communicate how we meet client and financial professional needs.
- Leads marketing center of excellence partners in key marketing planning activities including integrated marketing campaign development in order to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our go-to-market strategies.
- Engages distribution teams and business stakeholders for buy-in and input.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 7+ Years of experience marketing annuity insurance products to advisors and consumers or in education and development for advisors of financial services products
- Due to the nature of this position, as a part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability work in a cross functional team and provide clear and concise content that drives engagement from those using our content.
- Great project management skills with the ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
- Omni-channel marketing campaign development for B2B and B2C audience
- Proven written communication skills, with demonstrated creative content development
