About the role

  • Responsible for managing comprehensive marketing campaigns to meet business objectives for the annuity product line
  • Contributes to the project planning for major initiatives, including participating in the product development and deployment process, and engaging marketing centers of excellence and stakeholders in marketing campaign development.
  • Have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, annuity insurance products, proven creative writing skills, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate closely with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist in building of product marketing strategies for a product line to drive sales results for the business.
  • Participates in product development, product deployment, and assist to drive customer-centricity in our product roadmap.
  • Builds learning and development strategies for our advisors to better understand our products and how they work to achieve their clients' goals.
  • Develops core product collateral to easily communicate how we meet client and financial professional needs.
  • Leads marketing center of excellence partners in key marketing planning activities including integrated marketing campaign development in order to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our go-to-market strategies.
  • Engages distribution teams and business stakeholders for buy-in and input.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 7+ Years of experience marketing annuity insurance products to advisors and consumers or in education and development for advisors of financial services products
  • Due to the nature of this position, as a part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability work in a cross functional team and provide clear and concise content that drives engagement from those using our content.
  • Great project management skills with the ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
  • Omni-channel marketing campaign development for B2B and B2C audience
  • Proven written communication skills, with demonstrated creative content development
