About the role

  • Build and execute multi-year product roadmaps aligned with revenue growth, cost, and risk objectives
  • Proactively identify new lending verticals and market opportunities while managing risk exposure
  • Forecast lending business metrics and inform pricing strategies across economic environments
  • Create client and advisor personas to shape product strategy and accelerate adoption
  • Drive product definition, gather market intel, lead feasibility testing, and validate new offerings
  • Partner with legal, compliance, technology, and operations to deliver compliant, scalable, client-ready products
  • Lead high-impact partnerships with third-party lenders: source, negotiate, and integrate lending partners
  • Lead onboarding and oversight of referral lender programs including documentation, due diligence, and execution
  • Maintain audit-ready records, track SLAs, and ensure operational excellence across partner relationships
  • Build prototypes, map user flows, and iterate based on advisor and client feedback
  • Establish regulatory and risk policy compliance through streamlined control implementation and audit-ready documentation
  • Partner with marketing and distribution to launch campaigns and deliver advisor-facing materials
  • Monitor field feedback, analyze usage trends, track KPIs and satisfaction scores, and translate data into decisions and scalable solutions
  • Report to the Head of Lending Product and Pricing and collaborate across product, risk, operations, and technology teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
  • Inclusive of at least 5 years of both lending and product management experience
  • 2+ years’ experience onboarding, designing end-to-end process flows and managing new product offerings
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA
  • Proven experience in Securities-Based Lending (SBL)
  • Exposure to specialized lending areas such as aircraft, yacht, and agricultural financing
  • Skilled communicator: proactive and effective written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to organize complex workflows and execute against multiple priorities at speed
  • Sharp attention to detail with a mindset for scalability and operational precision
  • Track record of leading strategic planning, business transformation, or product innovation that delivered measurable growth
  • FINRA Series 6, 7 or 24 (preferred)
