About the role
- Collaborate closely with the wealth product team to identify market trends and customer needs, translating these insights into effective product strategies.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns for our private banking products, working cross-functionally to ensure maximum impact.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
- Conduct regular reviews of our product portfolio, recommending improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all product-related activities.
- Provide guidance and support to the product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies, integrating them into our product offerings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is essential, with a master's degree being advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in private banking or wealth management, is required.
- Proven success in developing and implementing product strategies that have driven business growth.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights and inform decision-making.
