About the role

  • Support the GTB Channels Technology team in the successful implementation of the integrations between GTB channels and core banking system (Oracle FLEXCUBE) across Mashreq geographies by acting as the primary interface between the Technology and the assigned business group and the project implementation team.
  • The person in the role will also act as the Techno-Functional Expert and System Analyst and its interactions/dependences with other bank systems and country applications/networks. The role involves ensuring seamless integration, testing, and validation of all digital channels with the upgraded core system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Postgraduate
  • 15+ years’ experience in Corporate Channel Banking implementation with at least 5 years in system implementation/integration support.
  • Hands-on experience in Core Banking systems
  • Expertise in API testing, integration validation, and defect management tools.
  • Experience in large-scale Core Banking Upgrade / Digital Transformation programs.
  • Subject Matter expertise and hands-on experience of Channel banking.
  • Should have worked on the Product Designing and implementation with respect to Business requirements.
  • Cross border team working experience.
  • Knowledge of Banking domain is a must
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
  • Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with business users and Tech lead
  • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
  • Working knowledge and experience in deploying and exposing APIs using API Connects
