• Overall project responsibility for demanding interior design and furniture construction projects
• Primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and project partners
• Financial management of projects including cost, schedule, cash flow and quality control
• Responsibility for claims and change-order management (in coordination with on-site construction management)
• Ensuring adherence to defined project objectives
• Selection of suitable subcontractors and active coordination of their services to ensure a smooth project workflow
• Close collaboration with internal project teams (Cost Engineers, Executive Management)
