About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will work on infrastructure projects in HOAI service phases 1–5
- Take on individual project responsibility depending on experience
- Detailed design/object planning for sewer systems
- Development of residential and commercial areas, on brownfield sites or greenfield projects
- Planning and assessment of municipal drainage systems
- Hydraulic calculations and simulations
- Water pipeline construction, including pressure pipelines and general pipeline works
- Simulation of water distribution networks
- Sewer rehabilitation including analysis of CCTV inspections, condition assessment and development of repair or rehabilitation concepts
- Coordination with clients, authorities and project stakeholders
- Review and commenting on planning documents
- Project accounting and contributing to contracts, additional services and change orders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a focus on construction
- Ideally experience in sewer construction, drainage, water pipeline construction, urban water management or infrastructure planning
- Preferably 2–3 years of professional experience; motivated career starters are also welcome
- Independent, meticulous and structured working approach
