About the role
- Sourcing contact details and researching potential customers
- Reaching out to potential new clients by phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/speaking with unfamiliar people)
- Conducting initial needs-assessment conversations via online calls or in person
- Preparing presentations for prospective and existing clients
- Delivering presentations to clients and leading sales conversations
- Organizing client events
- Building and maintaining relationships with your client base
- Managing and organizing the CRM
Requirements
- You are passionate about marketing and social media
- You enjoy making phone calls and can handle rejection
- You enjoy meeting new people and helping others
- You work in an organized manner and always keep an overview
- You speak German fluently, both written and spoken (C2)
- You learn quickly and enjoy independent, self-directed learning
- You work well on your own initiative and don’t need constant direction
- You are self-reflective
- You are excited to help build the largest social media agency in Europe with us
- Willingness to travel (2–7 days per month)
