About the role

  • Sourcing contact details and researching potential customers
  • Reaching out to potential new clients by phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/speaking with unfamiliar people)
  • Conducting initial needs-assessment conversations via online calls or in person
  • Preparing presentations for prospective and existing clients
  • Delivering presentations to clients and leading sales conversations
  • Organizing client events
  • Building and maintaining relationships with your client base
  • Managing and organizing the CRM

Requirements

  • You are passionate about marketing and social media
  • You enjoy making phone calls and can handle rejection
  • You enjoy meeting new people and helping others
  • You work in an organized manner and always keep an overview
  • You speak German fluently, both written and spoken (C2)
  • You learn quickly and enjoy independent, self-directed learning
  • You work well on your own initiative and don’t need constant direction
  • You are self-reflective
  • You are excited to help build the largest social media agency in Europe with us
  • Willingness to travel (2–7 days per month)
