About the role

  • Finding contact details and researching potential customers
  • Acquiring prospective new customers by phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/speaking with unfamiliar people)
  • Conducting initial discovery conversations for needs analysis via online call or in person
  • Preparing presentations for prospective or existing clients
  • Delivering presentations to clients and conducting sales meetings
  • Organizing client events
  • Building relationships with your client base
  • Managing the CRM

Requirements

  • You are enthusiastic about marketing and social media
  • You enjoy making calls and can handle rejection
  • You enjoy meeting new people and like helping others
  • You work in an organized way and always keep an overview
  • You speak German fluently, both spoken and written (C2)
  • You learn quickly and proactively pursue self-directed development

  • Willingness to travel (2–7 days per month)
