About the role
- Finding contact details and researching potential customers
- Acquiring prospective new customers by phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/speaking with unfamiliar people)
- Conducting initial discovery conversations for needs analysis via online call or in person
- Preparing presentations for prospective or existing clients
- Delivering presentations to clients and conducting sales meetings
- Organizing client events
- Building relationships with your client base
- Managing the CRM
Requirements
- You are enthusiastic about marketing and social media
- You enjoy making calls and can handle rejection
- You enjoy meeting new people and like helping others
- You work in an organized way and always keep an overview
- You speak German fluently, both spoken and written (C2)
- You learn quickly and proactively pursue self-directed development
- You work well on your own initiative and don’t need constant direction
- You are a reflective/thoughtful person

- Willingness to travel (2–7 days per month)
