About the role
- Provide senior and strategic organizational change management (OCM) and organizational development (OD) expertise
- Collaborate closely with Change Management and Transformation Leaders
- Lead and develop a team of change practitioners

- Drive enhanced change analytics and adoption tracking
Requirements
- At least 8 years of total experience
- 2-4 years specifically in change management or related roles within large, complex organizations
- Deep knowledge of OCM/OD principles
- Professional certification in change management (e.g., APMG, Prosci) is highly recommended
- Familiarity with project/program management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
- Strong analytical skills
