- Manage a dynamic team while leading strategic marketing initiatives designed to drive brand and revenue growth.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and execute campaigns during a period of rebranding.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies tailored to the Northeast market.
- Ensure consistent application of the company’s brand identity across all materials and communications.
- Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee digital marketing including website location-page management, SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
- Develop and manage a content strategy delivering compelling, relevant content across blogs, articles, videos, and other formats.
- Lead the creation and delivery of standard and customized communications for clients and prospects.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, banking, or professional services.
- At least 5 years of team management experience.
- Demonstrate ability to lead, develop, and influence cross functional teams.
- Demonstrate expertise in leveraging AI technologies and machine learning applied in a marketing capacity.
- Proficiency with marketing databases, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with persuasive presentation abilities.
- You must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
