About the role
- Partner closely with producers to support new business development and manage a growing book of commercial Property & Casualty accounts
- Deliver excellent customer service standards, ensuring all client interactions are professional, timely, and solution-oriented
- Lead ‘white-glove’ onboarding for new clients, including proactive communication, detailed implementation planning, and personalized handholding throughout the onboarding process
- Manage day-to-day account activities such as renewals, policy administration, and client communications to maintain client satisfaction and retention
- Evaluate client risks by analyzing loss experience, cash flow, and financial data to develop tailored insurance solutions
- Prepare and present competitive proposals aligned with client needs and Marsh’s product offerings
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive risk management
- Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems, supporting reporting and business growth objectives
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes within Ontario’s commercial insurance landscape to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance or risk management
- Active Ontario Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage complex client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, loss data, and risk factors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications including proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
