About the role

  • Partner closely with producers to support new business development and manage a growing book of commercial Property & Casualty accounts
  • Deliver excellent customer service standards, ensuring all client interactions are professional, timely, and solution-oriented
  • Lead ‘white-glove’ onboarding for new clients, including proactive communication, detailed implementation planning, and personalized handholding throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage day-to-day account activities such as renewals, policy administration, and client communications to maintain client satisfaction and retention
  • Evaluate client risks by analyzing loss experience, cash flow, and financial data to develop tailored insurance solutions
  • Prepare and present competitive proposals aligned with client needs and Marsh’s product offerings
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive risk management
  • Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems, supporting reporting and business growth objectives
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes within Ontario’s commercial insurance landscape to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance or risk management
  • Active Ontario Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage complex client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, loss data, and risk factors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications including proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
