About the role
- Lead and expand advisory and capital raising activities
- Oversee origination and participation in diverse transactions
- Consult with insurers, capital providers, and internal leaders
- Act as lead technical advisory colleague on M&A discussions
- Develop understanding of clients’ strategic priorities
- Manage regulatory environments and licensing restrictions
- Lead and mentor advisory teams in London and New York
- Assess, structure, and execute M&A and capital raising transactions
- Project manage third-party service providers
- Support colleagues on ILS transactions and legacy solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 15+ years actuarial or insurance accounting or complex insurance product management experience
- Engagement with insurance companies, program managers, reinsurers, and investment banks
- Actuarial accreditation or other insurance professional designation a benefit
