About the role
- Focus on new business in several regions
- Complete sales calls and presentations
- Cultivate and handle a large portfolio of potential accounts aiming to meet personal target sales expectations
- Utilize existing networks and insights derived from research and relationship engagements to gain business
- Conduct in-depth, targeted market research to identify and target potential business opportunities
- Interface with internal and external senior level stakeholders
- Assist senior colleagues with advanced aspects of the deal process
- Attend conferences and relevant events to expand and maintain a large professional network
Requirements
- Broker License
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of five years’ experience with new business development required, ideally with large group insurance experience
- Proven insurance industry experience with individual and group insurance products
