About the role
- Utilize detailed risk expertise to evaluate client risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs within the senior living and long-term care sectors.
- Monitor client retention and contribute to generating new business opportunities through strategic engagement and industry knowledge.
- Serve as a primary client contact, responding to complex client inquiries and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Support the growth and retention strategy for the account team, helping to implement initiatives that drive client satisfaction and business expansion.
- Act as a thought leader within the organization, ensuring compliance with all professional, transparency, and regulatory standards.
- Engage with industry associations and participate in Marsh-hosted events such as the Senior Living & LTC Annual Risk Summit, forums, and webinars to stay connected and bring value to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in risk analysis, client relationship management, or insurance solutions within the senior living, long-term care, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and loss data.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and internal teams at various levels.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices relevant to senior living and long-term care.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate complex logistics effectively.
