Collaborate closely with project managers and delivery teams

Requirements

3+ years of scheduling experience in a professional services/consulting environment
Proven track record of successfully managing complex scheduling processes and optimizing resource allocation
Familiarity with consulting workflows and project delivery methodologies
Experience with resource management or project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Big Hand, Elite 3E) preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed scheduling decisions
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
Knowledge of industry best practices in scheduling and resource management
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
