- Provide strategic advice to clients navigating the claims process
- Liaise with insurers to resolve coverage issues
- Lead a multi-team of Claim Advocates to achieve operational goals
- Handle complex discussions with clients and manage escalated issues

Requirements
- 10+ years of claims experience
- 5+ Cyber Claims experience a must
- 3+ years management experience highly preferred
- P&C license is mandatory, or ability to obtain
