About the role
- Lead the end-to-end governance and execution of a major firmwide transformation
- Own program planning, critical path, and dependency management
- Prepare and lead senior stakeholder forums
- Act as a thought partner and constructive challenger to workstream leads and senior sponsors
- Ensure high standards of transparency and reporting
- Manage and mentor PMO resources
- Continuously evolve PMO ways of working
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program, project, or product management roles
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programs involving senior stakeholders and significant ambiguity
- Strong experience in program governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Expertise in project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, hybrid, Waterfall)
- Intellectual curiosity, a learning mindset, and personal adaptability
