About the role
- Own the global activation and change strategy
- Design and coordinate activation waves
- Partner closely with regional leaders and business teams
- Anticipate and manage change impacts, risks, and resistance
- Work closely with product and program management teams
- Act as a senior integrator across activation, communications, and delivery efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or large-scale enablement roles
- Proven track record of driving behavior change and adoption in complex organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders
- Experience operating across regions and cultures in a global organization
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
