About the role

  • Provides day-to-day leadership of client projects and aspects of the client relationship
  • Leads and manages complex programs to ensure on-time delivery that meets agreed upon goals
  • Guides and influences clients in an informed way across all situations including execution of the commercial process
  • Engages fully in building business by identifying new and expanded opportunities
  • Creates exciting and additive intellectual capital through thought leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience strategy consulting is preferred
  • Experience in operator roles within Chemicals/Process Industries/Industrials preferred
  • Expert-level practice-specific knowledge of chemicals or adjacent process industries
  • Demonstrated track record of EBITDA improvement and operational transformation
  • Strong execution orientation, not strategy-only
  • Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including internationally
