About the role
- Define and prioritize features for essential applications that enhance colleague and client experiences
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Business product Owner/s to gather requirements and influence the product roadmap
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Communicate product updates and manage expectations
Requirements
- Experience with a wide range of Technology roles is desirable, ideally with some form of development engineering background
- Rounded and holistic understanding of Agile Methodologies and use of DoD and DoR
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including expectations management
- Use of ADO board for capturing and communicating requirements
- Insurance Functional domain knowledge and experience of managing related products is mandatory
