About the role
- Overseeing all aspects of assigned accounts to achieve client retention goals
- Ensuring client satisfaction with our services
- Account rounding, troubleshooting, and cross-selling to other departments
- Collaborating with Producers on new business development
- Exemplifying a high level of professionalism and technical expertise
- Proactively driving retention and new business in alignment with sales and service model
- Establishing structure and accountability within departments/groups
- Providing technical advice, market insights, guidance, and leadership
- Facilitating educational opportunities for team members and providing direction for their career development and success
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ insurance industry experience with at least 4 years’ experience in a brokerage environment
- Active P&C License
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role
- Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to conduct presentations and speak to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as agency management systems and web browser software
- Exceptional time management and organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Advanced insurance designations applicable to the above duties strongly preferred as well as a willingness to pursue continuing education and professional development.
