About the role

  • Support client meetings alongside aligned consultants, taking minutes and following up on action items
  • Manage a small portfolio of low complexity clients, overseeing their benefits management and renewal cycles
  • Assist in the preparation of partnership reports, presentations, and RFP proposals
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and track contract renewals and project progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams and providers to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience working within employee benefits, ideally with 1-2 years in a related role (administration or consulting)
  • Strong account management skills and experience in a sales or consulting environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good presentation abilities
  • Experience in either protection or healthcare benefits (private medical, group risk, group life, etc.) is a plus
  • Achieved CII Certification or higher is a plus
  • Self-motivated, confident, and adaptable with a personal accountability mindset
  • Strong research skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
