About the role
- Support client meetings alongside aligned consultants, taking minutes and following up on action items
- Manage a small portfolio of low complexity clients, overseeing their benefits management and renewal cycles
- Assist in the preparation of partnership reports, presentations, and RFP proposals
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and track contract renewals and project progress
- Collaborate with internal teams and providers to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience working within employee benefits, ideally with 1-2 years in a related role (administration or consulting)
- Strong account management skills and experience in a sales or consulting environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good presentation abilities
- Experience in either protection or healthcare benefits (private medical, group risk, group life, etc.) is a plus
- Achieved CII Certification or higher is a plus
- Self-motivated, confident, and adaptable with a personal accountability mindset
- Strong research skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
