- Own planning, resource allocation, and the establishment of processes
- Maintain quarterly roadmaps with clear priorities, owners, and timelines
- Track and reconcile spend against plans and maintain POs
- Guide the management of the Marketing budget
- Cultivate strong relationships across global, regional, and functional teams

Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations
- 2+ years delivering cross-functional programs or managing major operational processes
- Experience with budget management and vendor oversight
- Strong financial acumen and data literacy
- Highly organized with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong command of project management tools
- Basic familiarity with the marketing tech stack across CMS, CRM, analytics, and collaboration platforms
