About the role
- Consistently complete sales calls and presentations
- Cultivate and handle a large portfolio of potential accounts aiming to meet personal target sales expectations
- Utilize existing network, a mid-sized list of account leads and insights derived from research
- Conduct in-depth, targeted market research leveraging advanced market awareness and contacts
- Frequently interface with internal and external senior level stakeholders
- Be a member of various professional and industry or regional organizations and attends conferences
Requirements
- Broker License
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of five years’ experience with new business development required, ideally with large group insurance experience
- Proven insurance industry experience with individual and group insurance products
