About the role
- Work closely with Agile Coaches to support the development and implementation of Agile standards and practices across the organization
- Collaborate with Agile Coaches to define, document, and maintain Agile standards and best practices
- Assist in the creation of guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistency in Agile practices
- Document and maintain Agility standards in clear language on platforms such as SharePoint
- Collaborate with Agile coaches and development teams to help build enterprise metrics as Standards
- Drive adoption of Agile practices and continuous improvement across development teams
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an Agile environment, preferably in a role focused on analytics and support
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with tools such as ADO (Azure DevOps), JIRA, SharePoint
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Computer Science
- Understanding of scaling frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, SAFe, LeSS (desirable)
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, Agile Analyst) (desirable)
- Proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement (preferred)
