About the role
- Own the planning, activation, pacing, and optimization of search and retail media.
- Use performance data and testing to optimize campaigns and strategy.
- Lead advanced analytics initiatives including AMC use cases and audience development.
- Build and maintain dashboards for performance transparency and insights.
- Develop collaborative relationships with retail partners and agencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and execution plans.
- Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced retail media environment.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in a shopper/retail media role at a large CPG or as a planner/execution role at a digital agency with retail media experience.
- Strong foundation in data analytics and measurement tools (i.e. MMM Modeling).
- 5+ years of direct selling experience accepted in lieu of above experience.
- Amazon experience preferred.
