Drive Project delivery – via managing project team and business stakeholders
Lead Change management and stakeholder engagement, partnering across the ANZ project team, operational logistics, transport vendors, warehouse operations, and external TMS vendor to deliver alignment and clarity
Drive functional implementation — of new TMS capabilities across all project stages—from concept & ideation (C&I), through user testing and training, to go live support
Ensure seamless integration between digital TMS solutions and ANZ physical logistics operations—including business units, transportation vendors, and warehousing teams—working collaboratively to embed fit for purpose, user centric processes
Manage project risks & issues, proactively driving controls, escalation, and mitigation strategy to keep the project on track.
Requirements
Experience as a Project and Change Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital and physical operations
Proven expertise managing large scale supply chain or TMS transformation projects on time and within budget
Practical change management experience—optimising adoption while keeping operations robust
Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
Solutions oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and committed to delivering real business impact
