About the role
- Drive Project delivery – via managing project team and business stakeholders
- Lead Change management and stakeholder engagement, partnering across the ANZ project team, operational logistics, transport vendors, warehouse operations, and external TMS vendor to deliver alignment and clarity
- Drive functional implementation — of new TMS capabilities across all project stages—from concept & ideation (C&I), through user testing and training, to go live support
- Ensure seamless integration between digital TMS solutions and ANZ physical logistics operations—including business units, transportation vendors, and warehousing teams—working collaboratively to embed fit for purpose, user centric processes
- Manage project risks & issues, proactively driving controls, escalation, and mitigation strategy to keep the project on track.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project and Change Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital and physical operations
- Proven expertise managing large scale supply chain or TMS transformation projects on time and within budget
- Practical change management experience—optimising adoption while keeping operations robust
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
- Solutions oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and committed to delivering real business impact
