About the role
- Ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the district
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Pest Service Specialists
- Conduct business review meetings with clients, managing pricing and contractual negotiations
- Drive business growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Support sales initiatives through effective operational planning and workforce management
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Champion OH&S policies and ensure a safe work environment for the team
Requirements
- Strong leader with a talent for coaching and inspiring a team
- Customer focused and skilled in providing tailored, high-quality service solutions
- Experienced in financial management, including understanding of P&L levers
- Preferably experienced at leading field-based teams
- Advocate for safety, committed to fostering a safe working environment
