About the role
- Refine and maintain partner-facing data processes: Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve the structure, delivery, and consistency of external-facing data.
- Define and manage reporting requirements: Gather detailed field-level requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Understand what data is needed, why it matters, and how it’s consumed.
- Support new integrations and product launches: Represent data early in the onboarding of financial institutions and in the rollout of new products, ensuring the right data is captured and represented in reporting outputs.
- Validate and triage data concerns: Serve as a first line of response for field-level data questions or inconsistencies raised by partners by reviewing examples, identifying gaps, and determining whether issues require engineering support.
- Ensure end-to-end data coverage: Coordinate across teams to ensure relevant transaction types, operational fields, and compliance needs are correctly represented in partner-facing outputs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or technical program management, with a strong understanding of data platforms and external reporting.

- Working knowledge of Python (basic to intermediate)
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, including understanding DAG dependencies and execution flows.

- Strong understanding of data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake, dbt), and how structured data is transformed and queried at scale.
- Comfort using BI tools like Looker or Tableau to validate data outputs and triage partner-reported issues.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and able to clearly articulate data requirements, inconsistencies, and logic to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to solving ambiguous problems.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments involving product, engineering, data science, compliance, and external partners.
