- Conduct market research and create product roadmaps
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Develop and maintain 1–3-year category plans
- Create and manage lifecycle plans for all SKUs
- Incorporate a deep passion for customer experience
- Translate user and stakeholder needs into clear product specifications
- Engage with sales team and customers to prospect and grow customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and product development disciplines
- Influential in nature, with the ability to build relationships cross functionally
- Strong understanding of product costing, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and hold cross functional team members accountable
- The ability to travel based on business needs, including overnight travel
