About the role

  • Support the design, execution, and optimization of HR programs across HR Function within the organization
  • Drive HR process automation, policy governance, benefits analysis, and data-driven decision-making while partnering closely with Business, RevOps, Finance, IT, and Operations teams
  • Play a key role in scaling people's processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling consistent employee experience in a fast-paced, on-site setup
  • Identify, design, and implement HR process automation using RPA tools
  • Automate workflows across onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, and reporting
  • Optimize HR systems (Workday) for data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal controls, and audit requirements
  • Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, wellness, rewards)
  • Build HR dashboards and MIS using Power BI and Workday
  • Collaborate with business leaders, RevOps, and Contact Center leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR Program Management, HR Operations, or People Success roles
  • Prior exposure to BPO / Contact Center / operations-driven environments preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Strong proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Power BI, Advanced Excel)
  • Working knowledge of HR process automation and RPA tools
  • Sound understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced on-site setup
