About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contract, campus, and apprenticeship hiring across roles and functions
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, direct sourcing, campuses, and vendor channels.
- Manage hiring for niche and critical roles across functions, ensuring timely identification, engagement, and closure of high-impact talent aligned with business priorities.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate role fit, technical capability, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, reference checks, offer rollouts, and onboarding support
- Plan and execute campus hiring initiatives including college partnerships, placement drives, pre-placement talks, assessments, and offer management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, staffing partners, and external hiring vendors
- Manage contract and contingent workforce hiring while ensuring compliance with hiring policies, SLAs, and timelines
- Lead apprenticeship hiring programs including candidate selection, onboarding, engagement tracking, and program coordination
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage apprenticeship program compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Represent and promote the employer brand across all candidate touchpoints to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Build and nurture talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring efficiency
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and insights for hiring managers and leadership to support data-driven decisions
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing guidance on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and market insights
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and talent market dynamics to ensure competitive hiring practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates for various roles in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
